“Either you do it like it’s a big weight on you, or you do it as part of the dance.” I love offering this line to my students when the wobbles begin in balancing shapes. 💃🏼☺️
Whether we wobble in our Dancer’s Pose or we slip up on our New Years resolution… whether we feel like we’ve got our shit together or life temporarily feels like an uphill battle… the practice is about whether we choose to run away or to embrace it all as part of the dance of life.
To harden or soften. To open or close.
Flux is inevitable. Resistance and struggle is optional.
Dancing is always available. ☺️🌻
