One conscious breath

Meditation doesn’t have to mean blocking out long chunks of time to practice. 🙏🏽 I often share this Eckhart Tolle quote in class (and to remind myself during the day).

The day (and the mind) can too quickly unfold away from us. To reconnect or reset and stop the spiral we simply need one breath — taken with full awareness. And just like that, we are in a place of both control and surrender all at once… and with another breath available to us in the next moment, should we need to start again. 

Don’t ever forget you have all you need within you.
