Work of the heart

Oh how easy it is to think we know how things should be, and then find we get caught up in the resisting and corralling of how life unfolds.

Once we notice though we can instead choose to rest softly in the space of knowing that things always unfold in their own divine time, in their own divine way, if only we open our hearts enough to trust that we are held.

Thank you life for teaching me how to be quiet enough to listen — for when to rise up, and especially for when to soften.

May we all find a little space for our own work of the heart.

Hari om.
